THETA HEALING ®

The ThetaHealing ® technique is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy. It is a training method for your mind, body and spirit that allows you to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do.  It teaches how to put to use one's own natural intuition, relying upon unconditional love of Creator Of All That Is to do the actual “work.” The “theta” in “ThetaHealing®” refers to a type of brain wave resulting in a “state of very deep relaxation. This state helps to access the subconscious, and accessing it increases your chances for instant healing.

Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. This method involves tapping on acupressure points to release blockages. Any disruption in the flow of energy in the body can create negative emotions.  EFT is a type of energy medicine and it can actually make you strong inside out.

Healing for Students/Adults

1 session x 90 minutes

Using a combination of Talk therapy, Theta Healing and EFT (as required), this session focuses on recognition, release and reset to shift from a victim space to a creator space. In a single session, I  will support you in recognizing your power to create the life you want, by releasing what you no longer need in you life. 

Love Yourself

Coaching Program for Holistic Healing

Minimum 5 sessions x 90 minutes

With a minimum of 5 sessions, this coaching program includes guidance on daily meditation, inner-child healing, breathing techniques and any extra support.  
Most of our deep wounds are formed during childhood and the life we experience as adults reflect these limiting and/or empowering beliefs.

 

Inner-child healing helps in connecting with, and healing the wounded child within us. 
 

Breath is our Guru and it is important we follow and practice breathing techniques to balance and ground ourselves every single day.
